Day-1: Arrive in Tokyo (Meal: Lunch & Dinner)
• Arrive at Haneda or Narita International Airport. Coach shall start at 1100 Hrs from Haneda & Narita respectively.
• Clear Biometrics and Immigrations. Pick Luggage and meet airport representative at Arrival Hall.
• Walk down to the Parking Area where Coach will be waiting for you.
• Panoramic tour of Tokyo: photo stop at Imperial Palace East Gardens, National DIET Building (Drive Past), and Tokyo Tower (Photo Stop).
• Lunch at local restaurant and later transfer to hotel.
• Check in and relax at hotel (Standard check-in time 1500 Hrs).
• Evening dinner and later transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Tokyo.
Day-2: Tokyo Full Day Sightseeing (Meal: Breakfast & Lunch)
• Breakfast at hotel. Meet at the Hotel Lobby and proceed for full day sightseeing in Tokyo.
• Visit Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park for scenic Cherry Blossom Trees.
• Photo stop at the world-famous Shibuya Crossing.
• Lunch at local restaurant.
• Transfer to Asakusa — Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street.
• Evening at Odaiba waterfront (Statue of Liberty, Rainbow Bridge).
• Evening transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Tokyo.
Day-3: Tokyo - Mt Fuji - Hakone – Tokyo (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
• Breakfast at hotel.
• Leave for Mt. Fuji Area. Arrive at Mt. Fuji – 5th Station (subject to weather conditions; in case road to Mt. Fuji is closed, an alternate tour shall be offered to Oshino Hakkai Village).
• Enjoy a beautiful panoramic drive to Hakone, a famous hot springs resort town nestled near Mt. Fuji.
• Visit Owakudani Boiling Valley and enjoy the scenic Hakone Ropeway & Pirate Hakone Cruise across Lake Ashi.
• Evening transfer back to Tokyo. Overnight stay at hotel in Tokyo.
Day-4: Tokyo to Hiroshima (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
• Handover large suitcase to hotel reception for baggage courier transfer to Osaka (Next day delivery). For Hiroshima, carry along an overnight luggage bag.
• Post breakfast, check out and transfer to Shinagawa or Tokyo station for Shinkansen Bullet Train transfer to Hiroshima by reserved economy class seating.
• Upon arrival, check into the hotel.
• Visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park – Atomic Bomb Dome, Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, and surrounding peace monuments.
• Evening free time for shopping. Overnight stay at hotel in Hiroshima.
Day-5: Hiroshima to Osaka via Miyajima (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
• Post breakfast, proceed to Miyajimaguchi. Take scenic ferry to sacred Miyajima Island.
• Visit the world-famous Itsukushima Shrine and the iconic Floating Torii Gate.
• Return to Hiroshima. Afternoon drive to Osaka.
• Upon arrival in Osaka, receive transferred luggage and check into the hotel.
• Overnight stay at hotel in Osaka.
Day-6: Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
• Post breakfast, proceed for full-day cultural tour of ancient Kyoto.
• Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine with thousands of vibrant vermilion torii gates.
• Visit Kinkakuji Temple (The Golden Pavilion) reflecting over the mirror pond.
• Stroll through the magical Arashiyama Bamboo Grove.
• Evening return to Osaka. Overnight stay at hotel in Osaka.
Day-7: Osaka – Nara – Osaka (Meal: Breakfast & Dinner)
• Post breakfast, drive to historic Nara.
• Visit Todaiji Temple (Grand Buddha Hall) and meet the friendly free-roaming deer in Nara Deer Park.
• Afternoon transfer back to Osaka. Osaka Castle (Photo Stop).
• Evening free for shopping at Dotonbori neon canal or Umeda.
• Overnight stay at hotel in Osaka.
Day-8: Depart Osaka (Meal: Breakfast at hotel)
• Breakfast at hotel. Check out from Osaka Hotel.
• Morning coach shall leave at 0700 Hrs for Kansai International Airport (KIX) for taking flight back to home country with unforgettable memories of Japan.

• Initial deposit of 25% within 30 Days of making first deposit
• 35% of tour fee to be paid on or before 75 days prior to travel
• Balance to be cleared on or before 45 days prior to travel
CANCELLATION TERMS:
• Any cancellation received after initial confirmation: USD 150 forfeited
• Cancellations post deposit confirmation: 25% of reservation fee billed as cancellation charges
• Cancellation between 75 Days to 44 Days prior to travel: 50% of tour fee billed
• Cancellation between 45 Days to 00 Days prior to travel: 100% cancellation charge
• In case of refund, USD 75 billed extra for bank transfer charges in Japan
Day 01: Arrive Tokyo
Arrive in Tokyo. Meet & greet at airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free to relax. Overnight in Tokyo.
Day 02: Tokyo Sightseeing
Visit Meiji Shrine, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Sensoji Temple, and Nakamise shopping street. Drive through Akihabara and Ginza. Overnight in Tokyo.
Day 03: Tokyo - Hakone - Mt. Fuji
Excursion to Hakone. Cruise on Lake Ashi and ride the Hakone Ropeway with panoramic views of Mt. Fuji. Overnight in Hakone/Tokyo.
Day 04: Tokyo to Kyoto (Bullet Train)
Board the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto. Visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine and Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion). Overnight in Kyoto.
Day 05: Kyoto & Nara Tour
