Day 01: Bhubaneswar – Chennai - Maldives

On arrival at the Ibrahim Nasir international airport at Hulhul Island in Maldives, you will be met and transferred by our local representative to your hotel by speedboat/Sea Plane. Check in at the Resort and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Unspoilt palm - fringed tropical islands with white beaches, turquoise lagoons, fantastic coral reefs and marine life are only part of the appeal of the Maldives. It is a remote and historically fascinating string of low lying coral islands in the Indian Ocean, a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and sun seekers alike. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Maldives

This morning after breakfast, move out to explore the beautiful island beach resort. Maldives is a paradise for adventures and sports lovers. Go for water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, water surfing, snorkeling, sailing and parasailing or enjoy beach volleyball and basket ball. OR why not take our optional tours. Enjoy an island Hopping tour or choose from a morning line-fishing excursion, big game fishing in a speed boat or a night fishing trip, finishing up with a barbeque at the resort to enjoy the catch of the day. Later in the evening return back to the resort for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Maldives

This morning after breakfast, take a tour and wander around Males National museum, located in Sultan's park, which possesses a superb collection of artefacts, including Sultanese thrones and palanquins. Another sight worthy to see is the beautiful century Hukuru - Friday Mosque, the Islamic center topped with a magnificent golden globe. Enjoy browsing through the fish and local markets. Later in the evening return back to the resort for an overnight stay.

Day 04: Maldives – Colombo- Nuwaraelliya

After Breakfast transfer to Airport to connect the departure flight to Srilanka.On arrival drive to Nuwaraelliya. Enroute visit a spice garden at mavanella which grows spices and herbs used for Sri Lankan cuisine and medication. Spices of Sri Lanka attracted the early sea faring merchants who made the long voyages to purchase this precious merchandise

Next visit the Botanical Garden Peradeniya. Which was a pleasure garden of a Kandyan King of the 16 th Century and later made in to a Botanical Garden during the British regime.Lunch at Restaurant in Nuwara Eliya. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya.

Nuwara Eliya, the misty city is located over 6000 feet above sea level.The drive will be through refreshing Tea Plantations covering the hills like carpets and cascading waterfalls to mesmerize you.

TEA FACTORY

Visit a Tea Plantation and a Tea Factory en route. Sri Lanka being famous for its "Ceylon Tea" adding cheer to many the world over for more than a century.

Arrive in Nuwara Eliya to be greeted by the fresh wintry atmosphere, the cottage type bungalows and the colonial air. ( Nuwara Eliya is also known as "Little England")

NUWARA ELIYA CITY TOUR

Drive through the little town of Nuwara Eliya observing the well-maintained buildings of colonial Architecture. Visit the busy market where the tea plantation workers rush in and out with their days provisions. Visit the lake Gregory built for generating power during the British Colonial age but now a feature that adds beauty to the city.

SITA AMMAN TEMPLE

This Temple considered as one of the oldest is said to mark the spot where Rawana held the queen Sita captive, The streamlet that flows by the rock on which the Temple stands on is supposed to be where the queen Sita bathed. Although the story of Rama Sita and Rawana is a legendary epic poem, the evidence such as this sparks off another dimension to imagination. As a Temple much revered, many stop by and step into invoke blessings and favours from the gods. Overnight stay at Windsor Hotel – Nuwara Eliya.

Day 05: Nuwara Eliya – Kandy

After breakfast Leave for Kandy. En Route Visit The Elephant Orphanage In Pinnawela, This Orphanage Is The Home For About 60 Elephants, Out Of Which Some Are Baby Elephants Found Abandoned Or Orphaned In The Wild. They Are Being Cared, Fed And Trained By The Wild Life Authorities. The Best Time To Visit Is During The Feeding Times, When One Will Have The Opportunity Of Seeing The Baby Elephants Being Bottle-Fed. Also Could Accompany The Elephants To A River Close-By And See Them Having Their Daily Bath Lunch at a local restaurant

Kandy Was The Last Capital Of The Sri Lankan Kings Which Is A World Heritage Site. The Name "Kandy" Conjures Visions Of Splendour And Magnificence. Many Of The Legends, Traditions And Folklore Are Still Lovingly Kept Alive. Drive Around The Kandy Lake Built By The Last Sinhala King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe In 1798. Also Visit The Temple Of The Tooth Relic And Thereafter Witness A Cultural show Featuring Traditional Sri Lankan Dancing. Overnight at hotel Queens.

Day 06: Candy – Hakkgala - Colombo

After breakfast proceed on the city tour to Hakkgala gardens ad other sightseeing of the waterfalls, ambewallla milk facory and proceed to Colombo check into hotel Grand Oriental.

Day 07: Colombo – Chennai - Bhubaneswar

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to Airport for your flight to Chennai with sweet memories of holidays
